One of my favorite local spots in Parma Heights has to be Don Ramon Mexican Restaurant on Pearl Road. It's a family-owned place that's been serving up homemade Mexican food since 1998, which tells you something right there. The chips and salsa alone are worth the trip (they make them fresh every day), and I always tell my clients coming from an open house to grab the Quesabirria Tacos or the Steak Mexicano if they want something hearty. The vibe is warm and colorful, the margaritas are excellent, and the portions are generous without breaking the bank.
