Real Estate Was Always the Plan.
I knew I wanted to work in real estate right out of high school. When a local broker suggested I was too young to get started, I took a different path, but the idea never left me.
I spent years working as an account manager at an advertising agency, where I learned lessons I still use every day: listen carefully, communicate clearly, understand what people need, and follow through.
With my husband Tim's encouragement, I earned my Ohio real estate license in 2000. What started as a career I'd always wanted became a business built around relationships, trust, and helping people make important decisions with confidence.
Over the years, I've learned that no two moves are alike. Some clients are buying their first home. Others are selling a longtime family home, moving closer to loved ones, relocating for work, or trying to figure out how to buy and sell at the same time. My job is to understand what matters most to you, explain your options, and help you create a plan that fits your life.
My roots here run deep. Tim and I bought our first home together in Brunswick, and we've lived in Brunswick Hills since 2005. Northeast Ohio isn't just the area where I work. It's home.

Tim and I are proud parents to our daughter, Chelsea, who is now a licensed REALTOR® herself. Watching her grow into her own career has been one of my greatest joys.
The TLC Group takes its name from our family, Tim, Lisa, and Chelsea, and those initials also reflect the care I want people to feel when they work with me.
Beyond Real Estate
Outside of real estate, I love discovering local coffee shops and breweries, trying new recipes, reading a good thriller, traveling, and spending time with my family.
I'm also navigating my own next chapter as an empty nester, so I understand how much life can change, and how exciting and uncertain those changes can feel.
